When/If Ribotsky is out of the picture, does NIR still own 200million+ shares, or did they already sell them in the open marketplace? Also, Ribotsky had to stop converting for a few months now..since the shares have been maxed out, does this have any implications for KIWA ie.. do they owe him shares now? Any way of finding this out?
If A/S is maxed out, where will the company get the stock that they will have to pay as part of the AF-01 transfer? Seems like increasing the O/S would be the only way to meet their obligations.
