Sneak...if shares are issued in a deal for ERHC it will be Addax shares IMHO....as Pops8x previously had heard and posted.

And, by the way, the quick pace to get a deal done...coupled with pretty obscure facts as it relates to the AXC/SNP deal leads me to think there's more...much more we have yet to learn of. I sincerely doubt JCG would leave SEO out to dry......as they are a joined team....er....key partners.

If the above plays out....it would have to come quickly as SNP would have to ask its Govt for a whole bunch more money than the current numbers are showing.


If its cash only....look for SNP to take us seperately.
