Henry, where should I put my money if not here? Is this a complete gamble? I don't think so. A gamble, yes, but I've been more extreme than this in the past. The rest of the market is getting crapped on, the ETF's are manipulated, and right now a CD will yield me about 1.5% APR. You at least have to admit that they own the rights to the mountain, right? If this land has been purchased outright, and the work will be done on site, it makes sense that SOMEDAY it will be profitable, right? Wasn't this part of their FY 2009 goals? Check it out...you'll find out that it was. So, again, where should I put my money? There is no safe haven, baby...and it's about to get a whole lot worse!
