Also, from an email I got from Beacon, Richard is the ONLY officer, so Adam is no longer officially able to speak on behalf of the company, regardless of whether or not he has a financial stake in Beacon or not.
Reading through recent articles written by this guy, I read that:
- BCDN began tearing property down several months after buying property but asbestos was found
- A study was requested and a company to perform the demolition was contracted
- Questions about BCDN' ability to continue operations were raised
- Town(solicitor) is tired of waiting and threatens legal action
- BCDN finds buyer
- Asbestos report completed and response being created/completed
- RR&D bring in new President
Agreed that Adam did not have financing and clearly was trying to cut corners to get the demolition done and got caught. But he has brought in better people, etc.
Time for the town to move forward and get over the past.
