My guess is that Brandon Toth the prez of GSRE is getting with Tejones the operator of the Bastrop Eberle well with these questions and is having a hard time !

Been 5 days now!

Questions for Brandon Toth of Greenstar energies
1. The lease agreement for the Eberle Well filed with the County Clerk in Bastrop County is in Titan Oil & Gas name, why has it not been changed to Greenstar energy?

2. Bulldog Well Service has filed abstract of judgment against Titan Oil & Gas (12-22-2006) for the amount of $115,000 + 8% interest from date of judgement April 2006 for work done on the Kosciusko well why has this not been paid off?

3. Schlumberger has filed a lien on the Eberle well with the Bastrop County Clerk 06/26/2007 in the amount of $289,774.00 for non payment of service for the fracture the Eberle well is it true that no one will see any revenue from the sale of any Oil or Gas from this well until Schlumberger is paid off ?

4. You recently ask current shareholder for $100,000 for the installation of the pipeline from the well to the buyer, that seems to be putting the cart before the horse. Before TNOG/GSRE can generate any income from the Eberle well the lien has to be paid off and then the pipeline installed that’s currently a total of $389,774.00 needed. How and when do you plan on coming up with this amount of money to pay the debts ?

5. When Schlumberger completed the fracture of the well they tested it, what was the results of the test on form G-1 (gas well back pressure test) with the TRRC , what was the results… the specific questions are GAS VOLUME IN MCF, OIL OR CONDINSATE in BBL, FLOWING TUBING PRESSURE IN PSI, CHOKE SIZE, SHUT-IN WELL PRESSURE TUBING, this info was provided to Titan !

6. The officers and directors for Titan Oil & Gas on file with the Texas SOS is OLD management, why has is not been updated to list Brandon Toth as officer?

7. Why are the financials you just posted not published with Pink Sheets after that highly “profitable” quarter?

8. What ever happen to the delivery of Bio-solids?

9. Why is GSRE not current with Pink Sheet? How much money are you saving by not being current, or at least trying to be a little transparent?

10. IF the Eberle well were to start producing, please inform all how much royalty Titan Oil & Gas would receive after expense's, they get (3/16 of 77.333% per the document filed with Bastrop County Clerk) lets say they sold $1 worth of gas, how much will Titan receive?

11. At today's price of Natural gas at $4.12 how many MCF gas will need to be sold to break even?

12. Why are you asking shareholders for only $100,000 to connect the well when $389,774.00 is actually need to sell the gas?

13. You recently increased the A/S from 750 million shares to 3 Billion, why are you not wanting to use these share to finance the completion of the Eberle well?

14. You have put out many Pr's on many projects, why have you not followed Thur?

15. With the recent PR about generating a net gain of $1,676,140. was this on “paper only” or is that amount in the CASH account?
