RH is becoming a non-event. He's barely a factor as it is. The intellectual property and pattent belongs to ECT (EFFC) but cannot be move without the approval of the inventor which, as you know, is Bruno. The CRAM is not going anywhere without Bruno's approval, not even ECT Corp and certainly not VIG or whatever phony company that RH can dream up. Again, the entire deal needs TSX approval and they won't approve it.
