Regarding Stacy's loan.....

I do not know if she will convert or just extend hoping to be paid back in cash....However, I do know this:

NONE OF STACY'S SHARES ARE EVEN AT A BROKERAGE. SHE HAS NO INTENTION OF SELLING. THEY ARE IN CERT FORM.

So, while this may or may not increase the O/S, one thing is clear to me, the float will remain the same. In big board trading the O/S is important, in penny world, the float is the controlling factor IMO.
