Gump maybe you can answer this question..

I was under the understanding that the land claims in Saskatchewan were granted by the government. (federal or provincial.. don't know).. I have heard in the past that they have to be re-newed on a yearly basis. If thats the case, then I would assume that if Casavant does not begin to act, the government would technically have the rights to award the claims to another entity. Am I close??
