Fuel cell technology is expected to be used on some of the airship models to power the electronics payloads when solar power is unavailable. Therefore, new fuel cell technology with increased output and endurance directly impacts Sanswire as they can incorporate this technology into their airship designs.

Mentioning this in the post along with the link probably would have made this more apparent.
