Actually Brown, I have read them all and your post makes more sense to me than anything. Urban wanted to be very careful and protect his company. Urban was worried Jeff was possibly selling to someone who had accumulated enough shares to make a run at a take over. Hey I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine. Jeff say's I'll sell you the shares for the takeover on the cheap if you forgive the shares we shorted. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!
Why have the perfect plan go up in smoke because of one little stupid mistake? Better to be safe than sorry! Roger say Urbie you get over to Nevada and pick up those shares ASAP! They're good insurance and what the heck, you may need them someday.
I like your thinking allot. Its not as complicated as others but it makes perfect sense to me!
