I think you'd be jumping to conclusion. I do not read or even interpret that Shore and CMKX are about to merge anywhere from that article. Two seperate paragraphs speaking of two different projects.

Stop and think for a sec here Shore has been there for four years already why would they wish to merge with a company who just got here?

I'm not saying it's a bad idea I'm saying your embellishing what's really printed by that reporter. It misinformation you are implying and that can come back to bite you BIG TIME so be careful ok? :)
