You seem to be missing a point here. I was the FIRST person to personally speak with and verify with Luc at Bio that the SDS agreement was NOT exclusive while RH was telling all that it was. And I posted it to the board. Look it up.

Here's a hint: My phone still works today, and I expect it will for a long time.
