Yes, that's a very interesting site. I actually got to that site trying to get info on Pennsylvania One Call.

On the right I notices a link to an article about a company called Geokinetics currently doing seismic 2d/4d surveys in northeast Pennsylvania.

IMO, I just think that even though natural gas prices are down, land in both southwest Pennsylvania and West Virginia may have some potential.
