It seems like it's all a ploy to get ECT under cover because RH will soon be unable to control the company after his bankcrupcy. He probably has controlling interests in the other companies involved. RH will have to face 6 other court cases in the criminal courts with most of which can carry a jail sentence. It could very well be a place to hide for a while.
