Pay attention to post #1001. I know little about Northern Exp, but I know a lot about the Ozona property they are pumping. It has been used as a pump and dump for a number of pink sheet scam artists since 2006. Jim Dial, John Jarvis, Claude Eldrige, and Jon Fullenkamp are some of the bad actors that have beaten the drum for it. They have sold hundreds of millions of shares as GFCI, UERI, FTXN, and VYEY before dumping it and passing it on to the next P&D.

Buying a tainted property doesn't necessarily make Northern a renegrade outfit, but absolutely minimal DD would have shown them the dismal track record of the property and its' former owners.
