There was one form T trade (late print) that changed the PPS .

I shut down my L2 and cant get a pic, but I will post a link that will show the late print. it dropped us 3.45 % . to .0028 . with 10k shares sold .. I pretty sure it was MM freeing up last min shares . unfortunatley 10k is chicken feed and this MM was not paying attention to profit.

If the link doesnt bring up grdo . just type it in the symbol thingy and you will get correct quotes. and reason why ask and bid might have changed after hour.
