Hi Reporter...

If you check the filings from about 12 or 18 months ago, the Gleasmans moved a significant amount of shares into trust for what I would suspect is estate and tax planning reasons....the trust is controlled by Keith Gleasman. Jim Gleasman didn't sell 2,000,000 shares from his 5 million plus holdings...he just moved them into the trust.

I wasn't sure what your point was about Jim Gleasman's holdings being at only 3 million plus, so I thought I would point that out...

To your point about what percentage is controlled by the Gleaman's being 52%...it's closer to 60% than 50%. Don't forget Margaret Gleaman's shares...etc....One of the reason's the float on TOVC is so small is that between the family and the director's, the shares in friendly hands and long term holders, there isnot alot left in the float. I would suggest that the true float may be somewhere around 3 million shares..
What that means is that in the case of an "event", there is not enough to go around for new investors as the float shrinks even further with more investors holding...one deal and the luanch sequence gets activated....have a good day..
