All in agreement
Overall, the Torvec insider trading is insignificant relative to how many shares are still owned by the VG family and Torvec management. Since this appears to be the only way Torvec can currently generate revenue, it is understandable. Additionally, the past several months they have been selling into relative stock price strength, which helps preserve the value of our stock investments (thank you). Sometimes with the lack of information coming out of Pittsford, people try to speculate on any little bit of information available for any positive news in the future.

Dread, you may want to update your post numbers. According to the Torvec website itself (Investor Relations/All Forms), it appears KG controls 9,297,000, JG has 3,199,000 and VG has 2,683,000 shares of Torvec stock for a grand total of approximately 15.2 million shares of the 29 mill outstanding or approximately 52%, which is still over half. My point being that JG currently has over 3 million shares less than what you had listed back in January.
