Well, that is an interesting proposition. Dan Ryan, notorious pink sheet scammer with a track record or dozens of scams including his current company PGYC, which is currently been dropped to the grey sheets after having been suspended for 10 days, will claim he was defrauded. The same guy who was cited in the government's case against Tony Papa for his fraudulent actions with the phony mining company ABVG. Yes it would be quite interesting to see him attempt to claim he was defrauded.
