The only thing that I do not like about ppl talking about buying mineral rights is that in WV because I live here, there are none left to buy. It has been like that since the 60's and 70's. So it kinda makes all of these property companies and gold mining companies fake. But I still play the game. I know that the economy is so bad that if an offer came in on a property that was cash money and even 30% lower then for say 3 years ago they would sell. I just hope that we can get a push into the 00 and I can sell.
