Dividend Percentages/Naked short??

Green Baron exerpt...
Based on the stock dividend percentages that have been released, we are beginning to accept the theory that a naked short share position exists. Since the information is not clear, we would suggest that our members do not trade CMKX stock back and forth if you want to ensure receipt of all stock dividends. I'm even starting to think so...I have not sold a share...bought more on the way down....holding...luck.
