ETLS has recently moved off its lows of .07 last week and it closed today at .12 after its announcement of availability of $10 million in funding....major contracts in the works with announcements any time from Boeing and Home Depot.... the announcements will be coming shortly. Only 40 million outstanding and less than 10 million in the float....and my understanding over 2 million is currently in short position....so with the announcements it should run nicely.
