Rumors being discussed that the reason for the lack of PR the last several months has to do with a gag order from a large conglomerate that is entertaining NanoSignal management for either merger or acquisition. Supposedly the firm is a publicly traded American stock exchange firm that desires this patented technology for their own needs. Suspicion is that the chips are falling into place and share holders will benefit greatly, but have no idea if there would be an outright buyout or an exchange of NNOS shares for the amex shares, or to what the exchange rate my be.

Some have said to go back and listen to the conference call several months back for insight…
