Folks... I am just trying to help here. I did just communicate with the CEO and explained to him that most, if not all, brokerage companies were treating this STOCK DIVIDEND as if it was a FORWARD SPLIT.

The CEO issued a PR yesterday clarifying this matter and is now working with his transfer agent and the DTC to clear up the confusion. His email to me was "it is being taken care of".

I encouraged him to hold off on issuing any big news until our accounts have been corrected. My Etrade account shows double the shares under a new cusip number, not the EVFL symbol. Yesterday, I had the correct original number of shares under the EVFL symbol.

IF you trade/sell these stock dividends as free-trading shares, you WILL have to repurchase them in the open market. YOU WILL BE SHORT... If you do not purchase them, your brokerage company will repurchase them for you with NO regard for what it cost you. I hope I have made this very clear...

DO NOT SELL THESE DIVIDEND SHARES AS THEY ARE RESTRICTED SHARES, NOT FREE-TRADING. CALL YOUR BROKERAGE COMPANY NOW AND TELL THEM THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE RESTRICTED AND HAVE THEM CONTACT THEIR COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT AND GET THE MATTER (YOUR ACCOUNT) STRAIGHT. That way, when we do get good news, you will be able to trade YOUR free-trading shares if you so chose.

Good luck...
