there seems to be lots of smaller sellers on these types of plays after they get delisted sometimes fer many months following..but once weeded out and proof of company not goin bk comes out then i think the rest will come together pps wise. Jus need to see some PR here and then i think this can get noticed for potential again as its well under radars still here.
