The stock will probably hold flat until next week. It will take some time for the stocks to be distributed and posted to everyones account. The news, if any, will probably be released at the end of this week or early next week. This will allow the recent changes to become acclimated into the market. Don't expect any great news or any horrible news. It will probably be something that is OK and will cause the pps to stabilize at .0005

My guess is EVFL is attempting to reduce the number of shares sold during any given day and trying to increse the number of shares being held. This will gradually bring the pps up and help stem off the glut of day trading this stock encounters.
