if this is how you truly feel, that mgmt will not do what they say they will do, then you have to ask yourself a real serious question, "why are you invested in idcc?" i know, for the possible big "hit".

you obviously don't think idcc will license anyone anytime soon. take your money and go buy some qcom. you feel they can deliver, seems that would give you a better roi on your money, while you are waiting for the nok and sam arb's to conclude.

i have never seen someone complain so much but yet never back up their convictions with actions.

if you hired someone to work on your house and they weren't performing up to your expectations, would you not fire them and hire somebody else or let them continue to do shoddy work until it was done? i think i know the answer to that one too.
