Very few pinks get upgraded to higher boards because the vast majority are crap companies. The reason a company usually starts on pinks is becasue they can't raise money through any other source. They DILUTE and sell!! Well Greg was a bit sneakier and hid from us that he actually created SIGNIFICANT DILUTION in the transfer of IGTP to LGTT.

Greg claims to be filthy rich yet went public with LIGATT. WHY!!! ??? He is selling shares to raise money becaue revenue sucks!!! If revenue was good or even average at LIGATT.... EVANS would be promoting it all over the web. Instead he invents boogiemans, rants at shareholders and then OVER-promises and UNDER-delivers. How come Greg refuses to disclose the original makeup of the free float shares and whether Ligatt owns shares and they have or are selling those shares. WHY??? WHY??? WHY???

It's clear Friday and Monday was a pump and dump of some kind as we now can't maintain a 1/4 of a freakin penny!!! Two moths ago we couldn't maintain a half a freakin penny!! And next month!!??
