Interesting. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there a minimum PPS to be listed on the big boards and doesn't that PPS have to maintained or not drop below a minimum. I can't remember the exact data but I don't believe companies can get listed on the NYSE without meeting a lot of criteria. PPS, audited financials, fully reporting ect are some of the criteria.

That's why many companies begin as pinks, to try to work their way up to the big game, that and being easy money for scam artists.
