People have been saying that for a few months now. Maybe new charts are needed.

Company has no revenues, no contracts, and is about out of shares. I hope not, but an R/S wouldn't surprise me in the near future if no contracts are signed. Once out of shares they won't be able to do more toxic financing. So...it's R/S or fold up shop otherwise. GL.
