Whichever way she rules on certain issues, I still think that another judge is going to be ruling on the same $hit she is going to rule on.

If she rules in WMI's favor, her rulings will be contested/appealed, if she rules in JPM's favor, her rulings will be contested/appealed.

I know she is a Federal judge and supposedly BK judges have immense power, however, I feel that in a case as BIG as this, she doesn't have as much power as many people think.

I think the reason she has been putting off decisions for so long isn't because she is "demanding" that the parties involved come to a settlement, I think she has been putting of decisions because she doesn't want to rule on them.
