I would expect the judge to provide a tentative ruling hopefully in our favor prior to the 6/24 hearing.Lawyer's that a tentative ruling is almost always confirmed. This approach saves alot of time and court costs due to the fact the parties know how to prepare for the hearing and saves alot of time with regard to the argument aspect.
All courts are overloaded with cases and we as tax payers pay the salaries for the court staff, buildings, utilities, ect. Most judges are aware of these cost and will expedite cases with this in mind. The summary judgement is a vehicle to expedite the court process. It is a issue of fact that can be determined prior to the beginning of a trial. It saves alot of time and money in regard to the relevent issues to be addressed at trial or a hearing.
At the very least I expect a tentative in our favor at the hearing and confirmed later.
