This is the same as others stating their estimate of a settlement, nothing less. What makes me suspicious is that this comment is made by an individual who states outright that he is acting as a trader in this stock. Nothing wrong with that, it's clearly his right to do so. However, you need to therefore take such comments with a grain of salt as his comments may well be motiviated by his own intentions.

Lots of potential here, with what has transpired pointing to willful neglect and possibly criminal intent. Good chance for justice to right this situation. Timng is anybody's guess at this point. Just to note that a trial will put several under the high intensity lamp and could well kill a few careers, not to mention the political ramifications as we (the US) ALWAYS air our dirty laundry for all to see. So, a good possibility that we will see JD, SB, and perhaps even BB's undies swaying in the wind with skid marks showing...
