Revolution Technologies Inc. Acquires Optimizer Additives
TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jun 12, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Revolution Technologies Inc. (PINK SHEETS: RVLTF)(FRANKFURT: 3GP) is pleased to announce that the Company has acquired Optimizer Additives (OA) www.optimizeradditives.com a private Ontario company based in Sundridge, Ontario. OA developed and owns a patent pending invention relating to explosives for use in the mining industry. The company manufactures a recycled aluminum / bio-diesel product that enhances the power (velocity of detonation-VOD) of explosives primarily used in the mining industry. The company sells the material today at $1.60 per pound. This granular material replaces, at the explosives manufacturing level, diesel fuel ($0.36/lb) and aluminum ($2.50/lb).
The terms of the transaction will be released upon closing. OA is anticipated to supply substantial cash flow to the business.
Revolution will proceed with its previously announced plan to reorganize by offering to acquire via a share exchange the 45% of Canada Iron Inc that it does not currently own followed by changing its name to Canada Iron Group Inc.
Going forward the Company will concentrate on enhancing its iron ore investment with additional iron acquisitions while fully developing Optimizer Additives.
