Is this the same "Guy Faucher" indicated as plaintiff? Strange if just a coincidence.

Also, as you recommended in a previous post, I was unable to pick anything out of the entire C.S.J.V. index that would possibly allude to any D.C. ties. Have any hints or was there a name change of a certain individual?
