I e-mailed the company about the filing and got the response below. Allowing for the fact that we still have a low share structure and the financials show some growth or reasonable expectation thereof the filing should garner some attention from other investors. I am hoping that our patience is rewarded and I am excited to see what happens next.

Good morning and thanks for writing, we are still working with B and P to get the filing done right. The auditor is assisting with proper presentation of the discontinued operations that we reported by 8- K in 2007. This is merely a classification issue that needs to comply with Sarbanes Oxley guides. Our 10-K report is completed and has been for several weeks, we are simply waiting for the financials to be completed. Please feel free to continue to check in with us over the next few days.
