Frank, you claim that Phan isn't a doctor because he got his degree/doctorate at Sussex which isn't really a school. By reading this SEC filing, it appears he got his PHD(Dr) from Penn State.

Am I missing something?

I guess the question is, how does he prove he did get it from there and how do you prove he didn't?
