We're at war.....
Sometimes wars can be settled by treaty, but most of the time wars are settled by crushing the opposition without emotion.
I believe that today's trading is manipulation and deception at its finest. We are to believe that retail investors dropped CMKX's price on the ex-dividend date....not hardly.
This war isn't over until the enemy (MM's) are backed against the wall and forced (by MERGER or BUYOUT) to surrender.
MM's don't trade by emotion, we as shareholders must not either.
BOTTOM LINE....(IMO)URBAN is SHOWING and TELLING us without PR's by giving we shareholders 3 dividends (yet not accepting one for his own 40 billion shares), that MM's have shorted far more shares than are outstanding. If they (MM's)have, then as a MERGER/BUYOUT date approaches, MM's will run out of retail shares to cover with....if you hold on (AND TRADE/INVEST WITHOUT EMOTION), then the MM's WILL pay you a lofty sum for your shares, and the only person/entity able to let MM's off the hook/force surrender (most likely at a price far past where retail investors have sold) is URBAN himself or CMKX.......BUT, HE IS SCREAMING WITHOUT PR'S that we shareholders WILL get ours first.
Is Urban a saint? No, simple math here...if MM's still owe even 10 billion shares OVER what retail sells them during the approach of an announced MERGER date, motives likewise are simple and become evident, 10 billion(shares) X .50 = $5 Billion
Urban knows that he has the winning war strategy, he forces MM's to surrender, propels his company to national recognition, creates grateful millionaire shareholders, and all at the expense of the MM's. Can Urban or CMKX lose?
Edwards and Angell specialize in MERGERs and SECURITY issues. There will be a MERGER (IN MY OPINION) without doubt.
When the MERGER date is announced, as that date approaches, watch as the volume slows but the bid keeps climbing, HOLD WITHOUT EMOTION, and I believe that this will be the best investment that you've ever made. I believe that Urban/CMKX will hold their 'relief shares' until we're all out and retiring.
Delusions of granduer? Maybe, but alot of signs point in the direction mentioned above.
