Matt stated earlier that he (paraphrased) had some issues to work out with you. But he never expanded on that comment.

Maybe he discussed privately with you??

I do agree that this whole issue seems in direct contrast to how Matt usually handles admin situations.

When I encounter contradictions, I go back and reconsider my assumptions. I am still at a loss to explain.
