SPIN, I reach that conclusion indirectly:

1. Why has Matt allowed Snackman to continue as WAVX "moderator"?

2. Why hasn't Matt explained his reasons for restricting HhH and me? I discussed this at #msg-3658199, which Matt never replied to.

3. Why did Matt lick barge's boots (see #msg-3619008)?

I see no reasonable answer to those questions that doesn't impugn Matt's integrity. If you see one, please let me know. (If I have unfairly disparaged Matt, or anyone else, I will be happy to admit it and apologize.)
