i don't think the answer is that easy...

& i'm sorta surprised to see you reach that conclusion so quickly (especially noting some of your past detailed analysis on other stuff).

Matt has more integrity than you might believe & tend to think he would release Howie w/some well defined terms & conditions. it has become very obvious to many iHubbers who are not part of the wavoid world that Snack has massively deviated from the proper function of a "moderator."

it is *very* possible IMO that the more frothy wavoids spammed Matt's PM box relentlessly to get HhH effectively banned. right now they're fomenting plans to do a spam campaign to Congress, so why wouldn't they innundate Matt w/pleas to keep howeird off the wavx thread?

& look how determined some of them have been to "prove" that you & he are the same person in the "meat world" (complete nonsense IMO). Matt's good at bouncing double-alias posters & if you & he were the same guy, he woulda sussed that out a long time ago IMO.

wouldn't surprise me at all if Matt released HhH, assuming of course, HhH offered some contrition & a promise to stay 100% w/in the TOU.

it would also serve to bolster iHub's overall credibility in a big way IMO.
