First National Power Corporation - Snaper Team Proves Prop-Less Wind Turbine Effective
Wednesday June 30, 2:31 pm ET
BLAINE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 2004--First National Power Corporation (OTCBB:FNPR - News; http://www.firstnationalpower.com) today announced it has visited the Las Vegas facilities of Impactive Technology where Alvin Snaper and his team demonstrated a model of their Prop-less Wind Turbine. The model met all expectations and provided conclusive empirical data, which proved the theory upon which the project is based.
During several days of wind tunnel testing, the 48-inch-by-30-inch-by-96-inch model showed continuous positive results as wind velocities increased on every occasion and during every test. A measured amount of wind was fed into the apparatus. An anemometer recorded significantly higher wind velocities when the wind exited the apparatus.
The research team is now studying the empirical data and expects to be starting work on a prototype model within the next several weeks.
