Agreed. I want to be invested in a company that does things in a timely, organized, businesslike manner. Now, I realise that Urban is not your ordinary CEO and I actually like that, so timely and organized can go out the window. However, businesslike still has to stand while he's trying to get this company going. At the very least. :)
