Says gets court OK to access $300 mln cash
*Gets court OK for all "first day motions"
June 2 (Reuters) - Yellow Pages company R.H. Donnelley (RHDC.PK), which filed for Chapter 11 protection last week, said it received approval from a U.S. bankruptcy court to access more than $300 million of its available cash.
The company said all of its so-called first day motions were granted by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, allowing it to conduct day-to-day business while in bankruptcy.
R.H. Donnelley did not seek debtor-in-possession, or DIP, financing saying its cash flow from operations would more than fund operations during bankruptcy.
R.H. Donnelley, the granddaddy of yellow pages directories, filed for bankruptcy last week after reaching an agreement to cut billions of dollars in debt amassed during years of acquisitions.
