24, if i was answering yer Q in a vacuum, i would respond no. Lark Allen giving a speech @ a conference without identifying his connection to Wave would not necessarily be unethical IMO.

howiever, despite the sophistry, the context was with respect to a wavoid spam campaign to reps & senators (both categories are "Congress" btw, as i'm sure you already know!) & then follow-up w/links to articles, ostensibly non-biased discussions of TC in general.

but lo & behold, the CyberDefense mag article sneaks in a little "plug" for Wave...
