Your posts indicate that you do NOT know the difference between an adversary proceeding aka lawsuit/complaint and a petition. You assumed they were the same. They are obviously not the same.

You could NOT tell which adversary proceeding was the subject matter of the FDIC filing. You thought it was the FDIC's proceedings were the initial adversary proceeding, which was not.

You failed to see the FDIC's "intent".

"The pot called the kettle black." You obviously do NOT practice bankruptcy law, nor know the basics, if you can NOT tell the difference between a complaint and a petition. FACT: There is a DIFFERENCE. Look it up.
