In other words, with a product like this, if it wasn't you it would be someone else driving off with those shares :) lol

Anyway, I love the detailed case law cited by WAMI and I wonder, the way that WaMu et al was rustled by JPM and their sidekicks the FDIC twins, if there is judicial precedence already made for all the intricacies of this case or if precendce will be found and tested?

Also, I'd like to comment on all he superb in depth analysis that has been provided here by I think at least about a half dozen financial/business and legal academics and I'd like to throw my email out in hopes to be added to any email list by said academics. I'd be much obliged.
