My 1st impulse may be to follow the 'yellow brick road' to see the Wizard for help...but,

the government now wants to even tax health benefits...so,

Count me in!! I plan to build a treehouse and wait out the rising waters, until this EFFC ship anchors into it's full potential..

That's real Pertinence or close to 100%, as alleged by the EFFC doctrine...and no fluff as some attempt to twist..
