Without reading through the entire document: FDIC wants to litigate the initial adv. proceeding all the way to the end - Judgment. At the same time, other lawsuits (esp. the $4 billion turn over action) by WMI to not be ruled on until Judgment is rendered in the initial adv. proceeding.

More delays.

I have not read through the whole thing since I am at work -- busy.
