Back in April they issued a PR that said:

SEATTLE, Apr 24, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Anviron Holding Company (Pinksheets: ANVH) ("Anviron"), a manufacturer and marketer of "Clean & Green" products and technology, announced today the recent dividend reversal by DTC will be cleared up and resolved in due course. The Company has fully funded the dividend and will be working with DTC and the Transfer Agent over the next few days to correct this error.

Now they are saying it is cancelled? They are not correcting the error... they aren't sorting it out... they may not have even had money for the dividend like they claimed. It's apparently cancelled now... how are you still finding ways to spread blame away from ANVH... does the company need to go to belly up before you start considering that something is not right with this company?
